How to Request Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to PromoForge, you can request deletion of all data we obtained through Meta's platform in any of the following ways:

1. Through PromoForge

Sign in to your account, go to Distribute → Connections, and disconnect your Facebook/Instagram account. All associated platform data will be deleted within 30 days.

2. Through Facebook

Go to your Facebook App Settings, find PromoForge, and remove it. We will process the deletion callback automatically.

3. Email Request

Send an email to support@promoforge.com.au with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.

What Gets Deleted

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
Facebook/Instagram account IDs and profile information
Post engagement data retrieved from Meta APIs
Any content metadata associated with your connected accounts

Content you created within PromoForge (storyboards, brand assets) is not affected by platform data deletion — that remains yours and can be separately deleted by closing your account.

Confirmation

Once your data deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to your registered address. If you have questions, contact support@promoforge.com.au.
